This has a very old-school feel for me, which I really appreciate. It looks like a building in Europe or Africa or the western US - definitely not something you could find in Illinois. I think the editing you've done is very tasteful, it's not super harsh or overdone at all.
I think the best thing about this picture is the amount of detail you managed to capture. This is a deceptively simple image - under closer inspection, it's so much more than a typical black and white city photograph.
This is definitely the best work I've seen you do since photo 1. You should be very proud! :D
